FairLife L.C.C.’s youth awareness initiative on a sustainable and smoke-free environment is honored at the Bravo Sustainability Dialogue & Awards 2023
FairLife L.C.C. received a new distinction at the Bravo Sustainability Dialogue & Awards 2023, to honor the awareness action “Youth Awareness Initiatives on Health and Environment – The first tobacco/ lung cancer free generation”.
FairLife L.C.C.’s 8th distinction comes with the 14th anniversary of the Bravo Sustainability Dialogue & Awards Institution, featuring more than 230 initiatives from the Business, Municipality, Civic Society and Academic sector.
The event was hosted at the B & E Goulandris Foundation, on Tuesday, December 12th 2023, to present the awarded Sustainable Development initiatives, as good practices for Economy and Society.
FairLife L.C.C. confronts contemporary social challenges and promotes sustainability and a clean environment as essential conditions for healthy lungs. This award is an inspiration to keep on working towards lung cancer prevention, a healthy lifestyle and environmental protection.

FairLife L.C.C.’s actions focus on innovative practices to promote good standards of behavior and build responsible future citizens. This includes anti-smoking and environmental initiatives, student competitions, educational programs, collaborations with schools and municipalities, sports events and wellness activities.
Special thanks to the youngest FairLife L.C.C. Ambassador, Orestis – Fotis Mikelakis for his contribution and assistance in the development of youth actions and campaigns.

FairLife L.C.C.’s mission is to holistically support people impacted by lung cancer, aiming to improve their quality of life throughout their journey from diagnosis to treatment.
FairLife L.C.C. works:
– to raise public awareness about prevention and early diagnosis, so as to reduce mortality rates
– for the right to be informed about lung cancer
– to promote equal access to diagnostic methods, clinical trials and innovative treatments
– to indicate the need for psychological support for patients, their families and caregivers
– to eliminate lung cancer stigma related to smoking.
FairLife – Lung Cancer Care was founded in memory of Simon Bell, 57, who lost the battle with lung cancer in August 2020.
