The purpose of the event is to raise public awareness about lung cancer, as well as the importance of prevention and early diagnosis.
The webinar will feature celebrated scientists who will talk about lung cancer prevention strategies, explain preventive tests that should be done on a regular basis, how they relate to age and family history, and emphasize the importance of early diagnosis and staging. They will also present the newest therapeutic developments in early lung cancer, highlighting the need for a multidisciplinary approach.

The first non-profit lung cancer social organization “FairLife L.C.C.” was created in memory of Simon Bell, age 57, who lost his battle with lung cancer in August 2020.
FairLife’s mission is to support patients suffering from lung cancer throughout their difficult journey from diagnosis to treatment, while also raising awareness among the general public about prevention and early diagnosis, with the aim of reducing mortality, increasing access to diagnostic methods, clinical studies, as well as ensuring equal access to innovative treatments.
